Event Details

The fee for the two-day Sacred Summits Cycling Tour is $150 ($175 after August 15th). The entry fee includes the following items:

• Baggage transport
• Technical assistance by trained bike technicians
• Radio-dispatched on-the-road support
• Strategically located rest stops, many at Parkway scenic overlooks
• Lunch Friday afternoon at Biltmore Forest
• Dinner and live bluegrass music Friday evening at Lake Powhatan
• Camping Friday night at Lake Powhatan Campground
• Shuttle to and from the Hampton Inn at Biltmore Square Mall
• Hot breakfast Saturday morning at the North Carolina Arboretum
• Finish line cook-out Saturday afternoon at Lake Logan
• Camping Saturday night at Lake Logan or Lake Powhatan

The following items are not covered by the entry fee:

• Lodging Thursday night in Spruce Pine (Rooms and bunkhouse lodging are available at the Pinebridge Inn in Spruce Pine. See the Sacred Summit Ride Guide for details.)
• Lodging Saturday night in Asheville (Discounted rooms are available at the Hampton Inn at Biltmore Square Mall in Asheville. See the Sacred Summit Ride Guide for details.)
• Shuttle Saturday from Lake Logan to Spruce Pine. (Available by reservation only at additional cost. See the Sacred Summits Ride Guide for details.)

The fee for one-day riders Friday or Saturday is $100. The fee includes support, rest stops, all tour meals that day and camping that evening.

Registration is limited to the first 125 riders. Tandem riders are welcome.

Riders will receive confirmation upon completion of registration.
